Paid self-parking is now in effect at The Venetian® Resort Las Vegas for non-registered hotel guests (visitors), and for registered hotel guests who booked on or after August 24, 2023. Please visit our Parking page for more details.

Venetian Rewards Sapphire members and above receive complimentary self-parking. Venetian Rewards Ruby members and above continue to receive complimentary valet parking. Nevada residents receive three hours of complimentary self-parking by scanning their valid Nevada Driver's License at a self-parking kiosk. 

Marketing Your Presence At The Show

It is a good idea to promote your presence at OFFPRICE Las Vegas ahead of the show. Please add the OFFPRICE Las Vegas, February 2025 show logos and artwork to your sales material, advertising, social media, press releases, marketing emails, and email signatures.

Free Wi-Fi

We are pleased to provide exhibitors and attendees with free Wi-Fi connection within the exhibit hall.

Please note: If you have previously accessed our event's Wi-Fi network, you may be required to "forget the network" on your device before re-connecting. Individual Wi-Fi for your booth can be purchased through Venetian Exhibitor Services.
 

OFFPRICE exhibitors enjoy discounted rates at the Venetian and Palazzo Resorts.

All exhibiting companies are required to book a minimum of four room nights, with our partner hotel, between the dates of August 13-21, 2025. Exhibitors who do not fulfill their room requirements will be charged a fee as outlined in your booth contract. 

$179/night - single king bed suite

$199/night - double queen bed suite

Rates above do not include taxes and fees. 

Lunch and Coffee Vouchers

Discounted lunch and coffee vouchers are available for pre-purchase online before the event. Vouchers can be picked up onsite at registration and redeemed at delicious food vendors, located in the show's Bistro area.

Lunch Voucher:
$10 when pre-purchased online or onsite

Coffee Voucher:
$2.50 when purchased online or onsite

Exhibitor Badges/Registration

In order to receive a badge, you must register yourself and each staff member using a unique email address.

Please use the button at the bottom of the page to register:

1. Open your Visit Connect Dashboard

2. Click Team from the menu on the left

3. Click Add staff to begin registration

Fill in the individuals contact details 

(unique email address required for each individual)

4. Click Finish, then repeat step three to add another employee
