HANGING SIGNS & BANNERS 

Exhibitors with peninsula or island booths of 400 sq. ft. or more may suspend signs or banners from the ceiling structure. 

Perimeter booths and booths with less than 400 sqft dimension are not allowed to suspend a banner with written approval of Show Management. 

Exhibitors requiring signs to be hung from the ceiling must give notice to the official contractor for Rosemont Exposition Services, Inc.

All stand and booth structures, regardless of height, require prior approval from Show Management.  

Exhibitors must send their stand plans to the EXPO APPROVALS team no later than July 10, 2026.

Included in the show guide are details about each exhibitor: who you are, what you do and how to get in touch with you. When you update your online exhibitor listing, your show guide listing will automatically update as well.

THE SCHEDULE MUST BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO – NO EXCEPTIONS 

Each exhibitor will be notified of their earliest allotted move-in time and day by Rosemont Exposition Services (RES), Inc. in early June 2026

The official photographer for LOUPE Americas 2026 will be taking some general photos for future marketing use by the LOUPE team. They are also available, at an extra cost, to photograph your stand, team or media events. 

If you wish to have your own photographer take pictures or footage of your stand and activities, you may register them as your stand personnel.
