RES offers a complimentary basic Wi-Fi service throughout all public spaces, however please note this is not reliable and we strongly encourage you to order your internet and Wi-Fi requirements through RES. Their ordering website is linked below.
The exhibitor is fully responsible for obtaining comprehensive insurance protection for their exhibits, display materials, personal property and staff personnel. The cover is mandatory and should be against all risks, both in transit to/from, and on location at the exhibition for the entire show period.

Exhibitors responsibility
AISLE CARPET COLOR: All aisles will be carpeted in pepper tuxedo, which is a blend of black and gray carpeting.
Please note, no furniture or carpeting is included with a space only stand booking and it is the responsibility of all exhibitors to lay their own appropriate floor covering. If you are supplying your own floor-covering you are responsible for its removal and disposal at the end of the event (together with any carpet tape and/or tape residue). Please be aware that significant charges will be levied on exhibitors who fail to remove any of the above.
Enhance your stand by including flowers and plants in your design. Please order your flowers/plants requirements through RES.
Mains supply to space only sites and build up power is not included and must be ordered prior to the exhibition. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.
If you require power during the build-up, please order this through RES as they are the ones permitted to carry out electrical installations.
Exhibitors may not have their own generators or their own compressed air units on their stands. If compressed air is required, it must be ordered no later than 10 August 2026 through RES. Please find their ordering website linked below.
Please note due to limited supply available in the hall, we recommend that you book compressed air by the deadline in order to avoid disappointment. We cannot guarantee to meet your exact requirements on orders issued after this date.
It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to maintain their stand or pavilion and to make sure it is in a clean condition at all times.
The venue (RES) will clean the general communal area of the exhibition grounds, buildings and internal aisles during the show. The cleaning of exhibits is the exhibitor’s responsibility.
