The exhibitor is fully responsible for obtaining comprehensive insurance protection for their exhibits, display materials, personal property, and staff personnel. The cover should be against all risks both in transit to/from and on location at the exhibition for the entire show period.

Exhibitors must obtain comprehensive insurance for their exhibits, materials, property, and staff, covering all risks during transit and the exhibition.

You must provide proof of insurance with a minimum Public Liability coverage of $2,000,000. 

Report any loss or damage to the organizers and security immediately. Contractors must also provide proof of insurance.
