LOUPE Americas is not a Pipe & Drape event. Pipe and drape are neither provided nor permitted. Exhibitors are required to have carpet or suitable floor covering in their booth, as this is a mandatory show requirement. All booths, regardless of size, must align with the professional and cohesive environment of LOUPE Americas. Displays deemed unprofessional by Show Management will not be permitted.

Exhibitors with linear booths located along the perimeter of the venue must ensure their back walls do not exceed 8 feet in height, and this requires written approval from Show Management. Side walls may not exceed 8 feet in height for the rear half of the booth and 4 feet in height for the front half to maintain sight lines to neighbouring booths.

Rigging and suspended banners are not allowed for perimeter booths.

Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring their back and side walls are finished and presentable, as no pipe and drape will be provided. If needed, budget-friendly back wall packages, including carpet, are available from Rosemont Exposition Services (RES). These should be ordered in advance to avoid on-site surcharges.

For all other booths, the maximum wall height is 12 feet. Rigging is permitted for booths larger than 400 square feet, and suspended banners may be hung up to 20 feet from the floor. Exhibitors must confirm with Show Management whether their booth location allows for rigging, as ceiling heights vary across the venue. At least one-third of each open side of the booth must remain open to the aisle.

Walls that face an aisle must not exceed 15 feet in length without openings or natural breaks, such as glazed panels or lower sections. Exceptions to these guidelines may be granted but require written approval from Show Management.

Double-story booths are not permitted under any circumstances. Exhibitors are encouraged to carefully review these guidelines and plan their booth designs accordingly to ensure compliance and avoid any issues during the show.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS – GUIDELINES

Please also refer to “Union Labor Guidelines” in the RES Manual. It is advisable for independent contractors to be added as a user to the portal. The main contact for the booking can do this on the home page of this portal by clicking the ‘Manage Users’ button. Once added, the contractor will be sent their own link to access the portal. Please order any of the products/services outlined in the attachment below through RES.

Suspensions/ Rigging:

If you require suspension points above your stand, please contact RES.

HANGING SIGNS & BANNERS

Exhibitors with peninsula or island booths of 400 sq. ft. or more may suspend signs or banners from the ceiling structure.

Perimeter booths and booths with less than 400 sqft dimension are not allowed to suspend a banner with written approval of Show Management.

Exhibitors requiring signs to be hung from the ceiling must give notice to the official contractor for Rosemont Exposition Services, Inc.

Suspended signs or banners should be positioned at least 2 ft inside the booth area so as not to encroach on other exhibitors’ space.

Installation and removal times will be established according to the availability of the hall and access to the area under the sign.
