If you have booked a Shell Scheme stand (where the organizer provides the basic stand) package, you will receive the following:
Shell Scheme Walls - Aluminium Sodem profile structure with white forex infill panels at overall height of 2.50 metre including 30 cm x 1.50 metre fascia
- 1 x Arc table (black MT21)
- 2 x ISO chairs (black MC12)
- 1 x waste bin (MA10)
- Grey Carpet
- Nameboard with Company Name & Stand Number
Electrical Package (per 9sqm)
- 3 x 35w Halide spotlights
- 1 x standard British square 3 pin Electrical socket (Maximum of 500warrs power supply will be provided per stand)
Exhibitors occupying shell scheme stands must ensure that all internal stand fitting and displays are contained within the shell scheme structure and do not exceed 3.0 meters in height. No display materials or logos may be fixed to the shell scheme fascia panel. No fixings may be made to the walls by piercing or screwing anything onto the panels or beams. Exhibitors will be charged for any damages to shell scheme panels.
Exhibitors may affix lightweight photographs and technical information sheets etc, direct to the shell scheme walls with good quality double-sided adhesive pads or similar, provided such material can be removed without damage to the wall panels, any damage made to the panels will result in a charge.
Shell scheme stands will be available to exhibitors to take possession from 12:00 Monday 30th march 2026
Shell Scheme Stands (Island Sites)
Wall panels are not generally provided for island sites. If wall panels are required, the allowance is 1 panel per 3 m2 at no additional cost.
Walling rule
Long runs of walling along open perimeters of stands are not permitted. Only 50% of any open side is permitted to be a solid wall.
Where long runs of walling are present along open sides they must be relieved by display items and not left in plain colors – if perimeter walling is more than 1m high, it must not occupy more than 50% of any one side. If long runs of walling are essential and over 50% of the length of stand, they must be recessed by 0.5m from the perimeter of the site and will be subject to written approval by the organizers.
