If you have booked a Shell Scheme stand (where the organizer provides the basic stand) package, you will receive the following:  

Shell Scheme Walls - Aluminium Sodem profile structure with white forex infill panels at overall height of 2.50 metre including 30 cm x 1.50 meter fascia 

• 1 x Arc table (black MT21) 
• 2 x ISO chairs (black MC12) 
• 1 x waste bin (MA10) 
• Grey carpet 
• Nameboard with company name & stand number  

Electrical package (per 9sqm) 

• 3 x 35w Halide spotlights  
• 1 x standard British square 3 pin electrical socket (Maximum of 500warrs power supply will be provided per stand)

Space only stands 
Please note, no furniture or carpeting is included with a space only stand booking and it is the responsibility of all space only exhibitors to lay their own appropriate floor covering. If you are supplying your own floor-covering you are responsible for its removal and disposal at the end of the event (together with any carpet tape and/or tape residue). Please be aware that significant charges will be levied on exhibitors who fail to remove any of the above. 

If you are space only exhibitor and need carpet or flooring, please contact the furniture supplier directly for a quote for your stand. Orders may be made using the relevant form and should be made early to avoid disappointment.   

Orders received after 13 March 2026 will be processed onsite during build up depending on availability. Please note the early bird cut off date for orders is 3 March 2026. 

When using the GES ordering website you will need to create an account. Your exhibitor portal username and password will not work on the website.
