Dubai Airshow 2025 Exhibitor Registration Is Open 

Access your registration account to register colleagues for exhibitor and contractor badges using the link below. 

Badge Information

• Priority Badges - New for 2025
  • Please register everyone for exhibitor badges first.
  • From 03 November, you will be able to upgrade senior colleagues to priority badges for fast-track entry.
  • Please remember to click on the name of the person you wish to upgrade, select the 'upgrade' field in their registration form, and submit. 
  • Upgrade carefully, as upgrades are permanent.
  • Before the 03 Nov you can use your print-at-home Exhibitor badge to access the venue for build-up.
  • After you have upgraded an Exhibitor badge to Priority, it will need to be collected onsite from 03 Nov. 

• Free Allocation: You will receive a free allocation of badges and passes. Find these in your ‘Cart’. 
• Buying additional badges:  You can purchase extra badges and passes. 
• Visitor Experience passes: Use your 'Promo-codes' to invite your guests to visit you at the show free of charge. 
• View the Schedule to see access times for each different badge. 

Badge Collection Methods

• Priority badges: Collect onsite from 03 November
• Parking passes: Collect onsite from 07 November 
• Exhibitor, Contractor, Visitor, and Media badges: Download link from confirmation email and Print-at-home

Security vetting

• All attendees must upload ID documents for vetting by Dubai Authorities.
• Badge approvals can take time so please encourage your team to register early
• Monitor your team’s vetting status in your registration account

The Dubai Airshow App: Available soon on both Android and Apple stores. Ensure to complete your profile on the app manually to increase visibility and better matches on the platform.

Lead retrieval: Increase your ROI by using the 'Lead capture & retrieval service' on the Dubai Airshow App. The app license will allow you to set up meetings, collect visitor information, and export a database of leads.
