• Fira Barcelona is fully accessible by wheelchair, including all exhibition halls, meeting rooms, and public areas.
• Disabled toilets are located inside each hall for convenience.
• Disabled parking bays are available. Please ask the car parking attendants for further information.

Manual wheelchair service
For visitors requiring wheelchair assistance, Fira Barcelona offers a manual wheelchair service:

• Manual wheelchairs are available for use during the event.
• Wheelchairs are stored in the cloakroom near the entrance for easy access.

How to borrow a wheelchair

• Visit the cloakroom to request a wheelchair.
• Fill out a form with your personal data and contact information.
• Return the chair by 30 minutes prior to show closing

Important notes

• The form must be filled out daily if you need the wheelchair for multiple days.
• Wheelchairs must be returned 30 minutes before the closing time each day to the same service desk/cloakroom.
• If there are delays in returning the wheelchair, you will be contacted via phone.
